As a brazing material,Nickel-based solder powder is mainly used for brazing joints in high temperature strength and the welded joints have superior corrosion resistance. It is suitable for welding stainless steel, heat-resistant steel and super alloys. Nickel-based solders have been widely used for aerospace engines, steam turbines, heat exchangers and thin-walled stainless steel parts.It can also be used for welding the ends of diamond tools, cutting tools and drilling tools. Moreover, the nickel-base super alloy welded parts has excellent performance under low-temperature environment which is close to the liquid nitrogen state.
